What we collect
- Chat messages. What you type into the chat assistant is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Your conversation is kept in your browser for this visit only; we do not store chat transcripts.
- Contact details you choose to leave. If you use "Leave your details", we receive your name, email or phone, and message so we can get back to you.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site and to limit abuse. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to answer your questions and to contact you about the request you made. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Anthropic provides the AI model behind the chat assistant.
- Our web partner, Coldwork, delivers contact requests to us by email and keeps a copy so none are lost.
The chat assistant
The assistant is an AI and can make mistakes. Prices, availability, and bookings are only confirmed by our team. Please don't share payment details in the chat.
